Manual TIG welding of stainless steel tubes, sheets, and profiles. We use argon and related shielding gases for welds that meet food industry hygiene standards.

We work with tubes from DN15 to DN150 and sheet thicknesses of 1–6 mm. Every weld is visually and dimensionally inspected before shipment.

Mechanical surface treatment of stainless steel to hygienic quality. Our grinding and polishing process produces surfaces free of micro-cracks where bacteria cannot colonize.

Particularly critical for dairies, breweries, and pharmaceutical systems where surface cleanliness is governed by standards (EHEDG guidelines).

Glass bead blasting produces a uniform matte satin finish that is aesthetically superior and functionally better than mechanical grinding. It reduces grease adhesion and simplifies cleaning.

We run serial production, manifolds, distributors, and pipe assemblies in batches ready for shipment. This is not an "as-needed" service, this is our core operation.
